Civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specialized in planning, supervision, execution, and administration of residential, commercial, and urban-development projects.
Throughout his career he has taken part in the construction and direction of more than 200 custom homes, as well as villas, residential buildings, retail spaces, urban developments, and remodels — coordinating work crews, contractors, budgets, schedules, and construction processes from initial planning through final handover.
His deep knowledge of technology applied to construction allows him to streamline processes, improve coordination between teams and contractors, keep every stage of the build on track, and help meet every established deadline.
He also brings solid experience in cost analysis, estimating, budget preparation and control, project planning, programming, and follow-through — combining technical capability, administrative management, and direct on-site supervision.
His professional focus is oriented toward quality, efficiency, cost control, schedule compliance, site coordination, and client satisfaction.
Today, through JOEH Construction Group, he continues to develop residential and commercial construction, remodeling, renovation, and improvement projects — bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience to every job.

- Founded and led a residential construction company, delivering over 100 units for local and international clients.
- Supervised the design and construction of over 20 premium swimming pools integrated into residential developments.
- Managed up to 60 employees simultaneously and coordinated over 500 workers throughout his career.
- Designed and developed AI-driven construction management software to streamline supervision, budgeting, employee tracking, and material logistics — programming it to generate phase-by-phase inspection requirements tailored to state regulations.
- Managed end-to-end construction of the Claudia I & II apartment complexes (10 units) and a luxury private villa for a Central Romana Corporation executive (Río Mar 588).
